Looking for foreign volunteers for a *free bus tour* of Iwate’s sake breweries and traditional craft workshops!

We’d like to share the charm of Iwate’s local sake breweries and traditional craft workshops with people around the world, so the Iwate Prefectural Government will be holding bus tours in December for foreign visitors. However, before December, we will hold a trial tour for local foreign residents of Iwate so we can get your opinions and suggestions for the best tour possible.

1. Dates
(1) Northern Iwate course: October 29, 2016 (Sat) 8:30-17:30 (planned).
Leaves from Morioka Station.
※Content: Nanbu Ironware/lacquerware workshops, and sake breweries in northern Iwate. Lunch included.
(2) Southern Iwate course: November 5, 2016 (Sat) 8:30-17:30 (planned.)
Leaves from Morioka Station.
※Content: Iwayado furniture/lacquerware workshops, and sake breweries in southern Iwate. Lunch included.

2. How many people?
Both northern and southern courses will take 10 people.
(If there are more than 10 applicants, we’ll draw from a lottery)

3. Admission
Free
(However, you will be responsible for travel between your residence and Morioka Station)
