In China, there's a custom of making characters with red paper and decorating the walls with them for weddings and New Year's.
Paper cutting should be something even childen can do, so definitely try participating with your children!

Part 2 "Traditional Exercise： Baduanjin qigong"

Baduanjin qigong is a qigong health practice passed down in China for over 800 years.
It means "the most beautiful of silken brocades," which means in this case "the wonderful, best of all exercises."~ There are eight forms in total, and each form repeats the same movements eight times.
