• Pickup must be done directly at the counter, or use Sagawa Express or courier service. In that case, the shipping fee will be paid by the applicant.
• When picking up or returning, make sure that all items and costumes are present.
• The maximum loan period is two weeks. However, this shall not apply if the Association approves.
• As a general rule, if you wear a costume, dry clean it before returning it.
• In the case of damage or loss, money will be owed to compensate for the equivalent cost of the goods or replacement.

Organizations or individuals based in Iwate Prefecture that use our association's goods and ethnic groups in projects related to international exchange, international cooperation, and multicultural coexistence are given priority for lending.
Even if this does not apply, we may still lend goods to you, so please contact us.
If you would like to borrow something, please fill out the application form and submit it to the Iwate International Association.
