Iwate Prefecture, Kurosawajiri Kita High School's "Habatake" project will be hold from March 27 to April 3, 2019.
We are planning to visit the sister city of Kitakami City, "the City of Concord", California, USA.
With seven days of training, you can visit nearby universities, Diablo Valley College, and a high school,
there will be a two nights and three days homestay experience as well.
For this project, we will hold a workshop focused on English conversation necessary for your stay,
and how to get involved in your homestay and after returning home.
The lecturer will be William Quinlan Faris an English Conversation Instructor who lives in Morioka city.

●The City of Concord (California, USA)
The City of Concord is a city with a population of about 130,000 people, located in Contra Costa County, California, USA.
The city of Kitakami and Concord became sister cities in 1974 and since continuing cultural exchanging.
The 45th anniversary of the Sister Cities Alliance will be hold in 2019. There is a group of visitors from Concord coming to the~ commemorative ceremony in October.
